Who owns what?
You own every lead and customer. LEADN LLC owns the Roof Report brand, page and site, and licenses your metro exclusively to you while the partnership is active.
Is there a long term contract?
Founding pricing locks for 12 months. After that, it's month to month with 30 days notice.
How fast do leads start?
Most metros launch in about a week. Lead flow depends on recent storm activity, ad spend and season.
Can HELIOS see hail damage from above?
No, and nobody should promise that. HELIOS ranks roofs inside verified storm areas by estimated age and visible condition from aerial imagery. Older, worn roofs in the hail path are the most likely to need help, so they go to the top of your list. Only an on-roof inspection confirms damage.
How do your setters contact homeowners?
Inbound Roof Report leads have given consent to be contacted. Outbound lists are scrubbed against the national and state do-not-call lists, and calls follow TCPA and state telemarketing rules, including state registration where required.
Do you work with licensed roofers only?
Yes. Partners must hold the licenses and insurance their state requires, and keep them current.
